Production hall with office
Located in the industrial area of Bergambacht, the B-smart building has been realized as a functional box, designed to provide optimal space for current and future purposes. The structural design seamlessly aligns with this concept, featuring a rigid framework of trusses and columns, allowing maximum flexibility in layout.
Non-functionality
Embracing the non-functionality of the production hall, a detached two-story office structure was chosen for the offices. This standalone design is set apart from the façade and roof, forming an open ‘U’ to welcome guests. The ‘U’ is situated within the hall, and is characterized by a large tree, a bench and an open staircase leading to a terrace on the 1st floor, creating an internal courtyard.
