Healthcare together
On the Electroweg in Maassluis, we are constructing a beautiful health center that accommodates general practitioners, dentists, a pharmacy, and other healthcare providers.
Movement towards the Entrance
The existing environment and the design of this rectangular structure call for an exceptional architectural approach. As the entrance is located on the side of the building, our challenge was to make the entrance prominently visible from the front view of the building.
White Blanket
We achieved this by placing a ‘white blanket’ over the mass. This blanket extends to the side of the building, leading to the entrance. The movement in the canopy, and the prominent entrance highlight the side of the building. The contrast of the facade with its dark background, the white blanket, and the wooden cladding gives this building a strong presence.

Various contributions have been made to the Maassluis Health Center by the B-group. B-too is the architect, and B-invented has handled all architectural and structural engineering, as well as permits. Sister company B-happy is responsible for the preparation and realization.
