For a cozy residential neighborhood in Eindhoven, located near an access road close to the city center and the highway, we have designed a beautiful park with ground-level homes.
A residential park where 80 TT.houses can be built.
A TT.house (Tiny Tree) is a three-story one-bedroom home of 50 m2.
The home is an affordable solution where, both inside and outside the circulation space, is added as living space to provide greater enjoyment of living.
TT.house is a back-facing home with a semi-public garden.

Study
B-invented, through its TT.houses solution for affordable social housing, has conducted a study to explore the possibility of creating a residential park with the same number of homes at the location on Hastelweg, instead of three-story apartment buildings.
The study has demonstrated that this is very much feasible.
