Urban Villa with sustainable appeal
This wooden complex serves as the focal point between the new residential area and the Goudse Hout recreation and nature area on the northeast outskirts of Gouda, adorned with a veil of sustainable wood.
The distinctive apartment building seamlessly blends into the beautiful surroundings with its natural appearance and use of sustainable materials.
Structural marvel
The five-story building is structurally assembled horizontally, with floors acting as discs on columns, detached from the facade, and featuring a stabilizing core.
This structural approach allowed for the design of a free facade layout, giving the Urban Villa a contemporary character.
