For this apartment, which is over twenty years old, the goal was to transform the dark, somewhat smaller spaces into a spacious and functional whole, maximizing the sea views.
Additionally, the interior was intended to evoke a beach-inspired atmosphere while incorporating luxurious materials.
Completely Renovated
With a comprehensive plan for the layout, walls, floors, lighting, and (custom) furniture, the apartment was completely stripped and rebuilt.

The apartment, featuring a palette of sandy, gray, and wooden tones, offers views of the sea from multiple sightlines.
From the master bedroom, for example, you can see the sea through the living area via the glass shower wall.
