It was a success, but unfortunately this restaurant, too, was unable to wrestle its way through the Covid crisis.
Truly Japanese
The clean and sober interior was a perfect match for the objective of the exercise: a true Japanese restaurant in Amersfoort.
Quality
The quality of the interior, the kitchen and the service were faultless, but there was nothing to be done…
Beautiful kitchen
In the fantastic kitchen, dishes could be prepared quickly from fresh ingredients. This was partly thanks to the smart routing that B-too had created in close collaboration with the head chef.
